Cable trunking (also called cable box) is manufactured from sheet metal. The product consists of solid bottom contained within longitudinal side members, and is used for extensively across industry for the support and protection of lightweight cable from one location to another.

Depending on the level of corrosion protection needed, materials the products can be fabricated from including mild steel, hot dip galvanized steel. Stainless steel, and aluminum. The product can also be powder coated or hot dip galvanized after fabrication.
